Tujuan Gemilang Sdn Bhd was incorporated in 2005 and its forte lies in property development. Tujuan Gemilang Sdn Bhd is the developer of PJ Trade Centre - a premier Grade A office development located in Damansara Perdana, Petaling Jaya.

Tujuan Gemilang Sdn Bhd completed PJ Trade Centre in December 2009. With a GDV of RM376 million, the development features four high-rise office towers and a 3-storey annexe building with a total gross area of 1.05 million square feet. The project was 95% sold within 18 months of launch.

PJ Trade Centre is now home to Taiko Group of Companies, Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri, Bata Malaysia & International, Emkay Group of Companies, Clark Hatch International and many others.
